A lot of people romanticize the idea of becoming a SEAL— they don't know what it takes to get there. It's years of training before you're even operational. Payden Armstrong is one of the few people who's lived through that experience. As a former SEAL himself, Payden walks me through what it took to join SEAL Team 3, as well as some of his deployments.
