Beef's Golf Club

What a weekend of golf in Augusta, as Scottie Scheffler got himself his second green jacket in three years, as he won The Masters 2024. Beef is here with producer Ryan to go through all the main talking points. Are we entering an era of Scheffler dominance? Will Rory ever finally complete the majors grand slam? Did Sergio Garcia get told to 'have a look in the mirror, mate' by the Augusta National staff for his bright green and yellow outfit? All that, plus the ridiculously good Ludvig Åberg, and Tommy Fleetwood making the most of the local knowledge.

That's right, Beef and John are back together for the grand reopening of Beef's Golf Club. The fillet course is overgrown, the clubhouse is a mess and there is a lot of catching up to do. Where is Beef's playing career currently at? Where has John's handicap got to while he's been on tour? Is he still using the chipper? You'll hear about all of this, as well as a story about Beef nearly getting eaten by a shark, and another story about John getting injured trying to overtake a reindeer at a park run. Beef's Golf Club is officially back.

Beef makes his long awaited return THIS WEEKEND. He is in South Africa, recording this episode from his hotel room (accompanied by a very loud bird outside his window) ahead of the big comeback. In this episode, he is joined by producer Ryan to chat about how his training has been going, his expectations for his first event back, and to answer some questions from our members about what we're going to see from him when he tees it up this weekend. Good to have you back, Mr. Chairman.

Beef is edging ever closer to his return in a couple of weekends time, but first there is a lot going on in the world of golf that needs discussing. Beef is joined by Sky Sports reporter to unpick all the action from The Race to Dubai, including a fantastic Nicolai Hojgaard win and spectacular moment where Joost Luiten got three golf clubs stuck up a tree. Across the pond, Ludvig Aberg is busy being incredible, Tiger Woods prepares to make his return, and Brooks Koepka is getting stroppy with Liv on Instagram.

It's a big one today, because Beef is joined by one of the world's top golfers. 7 wins on the PGA Tour, 2 European wins and a Fedex Cup under his belt, plus, he is now a member at Beef's Golf Club to top it off... it's Billy Horschel! Billy talks about his life on tour, Tiger Woods playing Call of Duty and being a die hard West Ham Fan. He also talks about double stuffed Oreos a lot, and a very funny spat with Rory McIlory back in the day, as well as some more serious chat on the LIV golfers and their world rankings.

This might be Beef's Golf Club's most bonkers episode to date. There is a new member in the clubhouse, Soccer AM and Golf Life Legend, Tubes! In this episode we discuss forfeits including buggy surfing, cracked eggs and Matt Fitzpatrick playing golf 'red arse'. There is also a new game called Beef Rash, an in depth discussion about Mango Chutney and a very serious golfing crime reported. As well as all that, Tubes talks about using golf as a tool to fight his alcohol addiction. It really is a rollercoaster this one, enjoy.

There is a recruitment drive happening at Beef's Golf Club, as we are on a mission to bring in some new members while John is away on tour. Everyone's favourite Love Islander joins us in the clubhouse today, it's Chris Hughes! He gives us all the golf goss from James Maddison's charity golf day, including which footballer topped it off the first tee, and which comedian had an absolute shocker. He also comes full of ideas for the club, some of which include a hot tub infinity pool, a specific tikka masala order, and a Hilton hotel on the 9th hole. There is also drama in the club sandwich debate...
