The countdown to The Ryder Cup has begun, after Zach Johnson announced his six captain's picks today, and we found out who will be joining those who had qualified automatically. In this bonus episode, Beef and producer Ryan are joined by Sky Sports reporter, Jamie Weir, who is an absolute fountain of golfing knowledge, and who also hopped straight onto the recording after just getting off the phone with Zach Johnson this afternoon... who better to help us break down the picks and analyse the completed US Team? The time has come to settle the debate once and for all. Series two has all been building to this, as Team Chipper and Team Wedge go head to head on the North Middlesex Golf Club chipping green. It's the halfway stage of Beef Stock, and there are some emerging contenders for the top individual and team prizes on the leaderboard. The moment has finally arrived. It's the day that Beef's Golf Club is brought to life in the real world. This is the first of five instalments this week, where we will bring you all the action from North Middlesex Golf Club. Members have travelled from all over the country (and the world) to play in the first ever BGC golf day. To tee us up, Beef and John are unpacking the prizes, sampling the breakfast, and preparing the 'have a look in the mirror, mate' mirror. It's the final Major of the season this week, a tournament that is close to Beef's heart having finished 8th in 2016, it's The Open!
