On the 38th edition of The Total BeezSheez Show, Mike Davidson and Producer Chris are joined by the promoter of Primos Wrestling Graeme Keam. We hear what his vision is for the fledging company which has established itself with monthly events that are very well attended. Keam shares his promoting methods and how he’s been able to lure a lot of top import talent into Winnipeg. What are his challenges and how does he avoid promoting conflicts and politics.
Vince McMahon guiding the ship to sell WWE, and the bidders have started to emerge, who do Mike and Producer Chris think are the most likely buyers.
In the #MaryBrownsMailBag Mike gets asked if he is the most qualified person to be funded by an angel investor. His answer might surprise you.

The biggest story in 2022 was the retirement of Vince McMahon. The only person who could possibly out do that spectacle in 2023 is none other than Vince McMahon. The embattled major shareholder of WWE is back and ready for more, as he has reinserted himself back in the day to day management of WWE as the man who will guide WWE’s media rights negotiation and potentially even sale as a whole. Mike Davidson has followed the story closely and for the most part offered pretty good insights… and this week is no different. Except he’s got Covid and that seems to have made him one cranky mofo. Will Vince sell? And was this a hostile power struggle? What does this mean for Triple H, Stephanie McMahon or Nick Kahn?
Also Sasha Banks seems primed to debut in All Elite this week… will the AEW Booker/owner Tony Khan know what to do with her?
In the #MaryBrownsMailBag, Davidson gets asked why Kenny Omega hasn’t helped people like Mentallo or Danny Duggan get a job with AEW.

On Wednesday December 28, 2022 the Winnipeg wrestling community lost a builder who was directly responsible for a lot of wrestling fans first memories of a first live show. Bob “Doc” Holliday was the WWF/WWE promoter for decades and was instrumental in bringing some of the biggest stars to town. Tony Condello joins the show to share his thoughts and memories of his longtime friend.
Mike sampled the Jay Gagne creation, Main Event Munchies. According to Mike these pretzels are as good as anything on the market, support local.
In the wrestling business the term “Card Subject to Change” is a way promoters cover their ass when an advertised attraction doesn’t appear. On this edition of The Total BeezSheez Show, Darren Metselaar stands in with zero notice and does not disappoint. Debating with Mike Davidson about if Winnipeg is “the Chicago of the North” or just a flash in the pan. Stryker retorted that you can’t compare AEW at the Canada Life Centre to Deer Lodge Wrestling (Primos). Davidson raves about the vibrant Winnipeg wrestling market where the local indies are drawing big at the same time WWE and All Elite are doing huge numbers. He challenges Impact Wrestling and the other second tier companies (NWA and Major League) should collaborate with the locals to help grow the market.
The #MaryBrownsMailBag is back and Mike answers the tough questions from listeners!

The career of 27 year veteran Adam Knight has had its share of amazing highs. Appearances as an extra for WWE, being booked in Japan for Tajiri’s Smash promotion, and being one of the top stars in the Central Canadian Wrestling territory. But now his future is at best a very cloudy subject. BeezSheez’s Mike Davidson knows as “The Outlaw” Adam Knight as well as anyone. The two entered the wrestling business at the same time in 1995 and worked extensively together until 2007. Few can offer more insights into the career and behaviors of Adam Knight that could lead to his cancellation. On December 16th, Knight was involved in a physical altercation with fans he would later refer to in a social media acknowledgement as “special needs spectators”. Video of the incident speaks volumes. This has led Knight to commit to taking an extended leave from the wrestling scene. Mike Davidson weighs in on what went wrong and what Adam Knight has meant to pro wrestling in Canada. This isn’t your usual Total BeezSheez Show.
Also, the Wall Street Journal is reporting that Vince McMahon is considering regaining control of WWE in March… could this even happen?
The Boxing Day edition of the #MaryBrownsMailBag is up as well!

As a Merry Christmas from the gang at BeezSheez Mike Davidson has agreed to share one of the most infamous ribs of all time. As part of the story Mike, and The Mecca talk about all the things that make The Great Pepito legendary in Winnipeg Wrestling. But what’s hard to believe is what motivated this highly respected grappler to hit the ring on a local wrestling show and attack an unsuspecting ring announcer and promoter. The fallout of this fiasco makes for one of the stories that nobody involved with Winnipeg Wrestling likes to openly discuss until now.
Plus who was the promoter who got Catfished? And what famous wrestlers were victims to the scam? One hint, Marty Jannetty refused to ride with 2 senior citizens across an international border in the trunk of their car. All of that plus a Christmas edition of the #MaryBdownsMailBag! Mary Brown‘a crave delicious!

Since the first day of the who fiasco in All Elite Wrestling, where The Elite got into a locker room altercation with CM Punk, one man has screamed loudly that it was an inside job. That man was Mike Davidson. MD firmly believed that there was next to no chance that 3 Executive Vice Presidents would go into a locker room and get into a fist fight with the top wrestler in the company. More and more he looks right…. Listen to Producer Chris and Mike break down the latest. And of course more on why Tony Khan continues to make mistake after mistake running AEW. #kennyOmega #TheYoungBuxks #CMPunk #DonCallis #TonyKhan #DaveMeltzer #AEW #WWE
Also why Impact Wrestling should focus their marketing on 4-6 key markets to produce their TV show & Pay Per Views where their marketing could lead to greater attendance numbers and create momentum. #ImpactWrestling

On the 29th episode “Hotshot” Danny Duggan joins the show to talk about the big 50 man Rumble To Remember coming up later this month. Canada’s most active and largest reaching promoter shares some of the economic challenges that the current inflation fuelled economy is causing on the independent wrestling business. Danny’s in ring career has spanned nearly 20 years and has seen him travel not only throughout North America but internationally as well.
Did Bret “The Hitman” Hart mastermind the “Montreal Screw Job”? Mike Davidson thinks so and he makes one hell of an argument. Either Bret was a gullible dupe or he was in on it.
And the #MaryBrownsMailbag includes a good question of whether we are at a peak of Canadian independent wrestling. Perhaps this is as good as it gets.
