Are the fans of independent wrestling in Winnipeg spoiled? Mike Davidson thinks so. Between the WPW, Blaze Pro Wrestling, CWE, and Wrestling United, fan support has never been better. And the fans are getting treated to some great effort, solid performances and some great attractions. In the past month, Tommy Billington, Frankie Kazarian, D-Lo Brown, Harlon Abbott, Trent Seven, and Jody Threat have all popped up in Winnipeg. And there will be more to come. For fans, it’s a perfect time to show up, cheer loud, support and get full appreciation for their dedication to local independent wrestling.

Mike Davidson and “The Mecca” Shane Madison finally open up about if Wrestling United made a choice to not use certain talent on their shows or if the choice was made for them. And plenty of implications from that.

And the mailbag returns after a two week absence.

If you were at Wrestling United’s Summer Splash on Thursday night, you saw a pretty good show from a company that has only had 2 shows so far. Over 350 fans were in attendance and left happy. This week Mike Davidson & “The Mecca” Shane Madison go over everything that went into the event and led to success.

The breakdown of matches and talk about all the personnel in an expression of appreciation. You will get a full wrap up of the event with comprehensive coverage.

It was the first of 3 shows in Winnipeg in the span of 9 days, CWE held their Cruel Summer event featuring the first in ring match of D-Lo Brown in two years.

And this coming Friday Winnipeg Pro Wrestling returns with “I Know Who You Pinned Last Summer”, at the Blue Note Park. That show is sold out.

For Mike Davidson it’s the go home show before his Wrestling United event this Thursday. Summer Splash goes down this week, and “The Mecca” Shane Madison is not there. Davidson breaks down the matches and also talks about the major CWE and WPW events in in the coming 2 weeks.

“The God of Thunder” Andy Anderson joins the show and talks about how he started at Chalmers Community Club in 1996 and by his 12 match was wrestling at Channel 5 studios in Memphis for Jerry Lawler’s USWA. He took on Brian Christopher. No mailbag this week but an all around great show.

Tension is in the air between two guys who have shared a 25 year friendship. Mike Davidson and “The Mecca” Shane Madison have been through it all, and now Wrestling United and the way it’s booked could cause some real trouble. Madison wasn’t crazy about wrestling TJ Cannon, Mike the booker decided it was in the best interests of the company. And now there is some friction.

Also, 82 year old legendary Canadian wrestling promoter Tony Condello recently experienced his first Uber ride. He was a little uneasy but he eventually got in the unlabelled car.

And how about Winnipeg Pro Wrestling STACKING their card in October Rumble At The Burt! It will now be Donovan Dijak, against Mustafa Ali.

Happy Canada Day from BeezSheez Wrestling! When one door closes, inevitably another will open. It sounds like Primos Wrestling is closing their doors in Winnipeg. And that has set the table for Blaze Pro Wrestling to step up and fill the void. Producer Chris, Mike and “The Mecca” weigh in on the fall out of Primos closing up shop and what can we expect from the Billy Blaze led start up. And who killed WCW? The 4 part series on Vice-TV from the makers of Darkside of The Ring tells an in depth story of the death of WCW in 2001. The boys offer up who they think were the culprits. And we have two audio questions in the mailbag.

Imagine you go into a thrift store and buy a magazine, and a page in that magazine has a hidden treasure… BeezSheezer Jordan did that, and ended up coming into possession what is probably the earliest autograph that exists from Kenny Omega’s career. It was during his time for TRCW in late 2000 or very early 2001, and has an early version of the Omega autograph. I wonder what that might be worth?

WPW has sold over 500 tickets for the October show “Rumble At The Burt”. Their goal is 1500. Best of luck to them! And “The Mecca” & Mike Davidson debate whether Ricochet is leaving WWE.

And this is a STEAL of a deal, ticket prices start at only $15! The show takes place on October 24th at the historic Burton Cummings Theatre in downtown Winnipeg! Mustafa Ali is already signed to appear.

“The Mecca” is back in studio and he isn’t holding back. The guys discuss a social media post made by a member of the Wrestling United locker room that seemed to call out one of the hosts for comments made on the podcast. The discussion gets slightly controversial and Shane Madison tries to explain why he has no motivation to entertain the author of the post, despite Mike Davidson trying to stoke it up and turn it into something.

Danny Duggan debuted for WPW, and it seemed to shock most everyone in Winnipeg Wrestling. One person who wasn’t all that surprised was Mike Davidson who said “it must be a mutually beneficial arrangement.” A lot of people see this as a working agreement between CWE and WPW. Should lead to a very entertaining and interesting summer.

“All Ego” Ethan Page who wrestled on the debut Wrestling United show, turned a lot of heads in pro wrestling when he suddenly showed up in NXT. Guess these means no return bout between Page and “The Jacked Jesus”.

E109 BeezSheez WrestlingMecca” Shane Madison but this show does not miss a beat. Mike covers local wrestling as a whole, talking about Blaze Pro Wrestling and Wrestling For a Cause. The guys chat about CWE and WPW. Full coverage of Wrestling United and Primos. So a full round up is what BeezSheezers are in for.

And Mike goes on the record to talk about the Swerve Strickland and how he is already struggling as a top guy in AEW and how Will Ospreay winning the International title would be like Ric Flair going to WWF in 1991 to chase the Intercontinental title. All that plus 2 audio questions in mailbag!
