Okay folks, this is it. The final push to start the Diet that will move us towards a plant-based, very healthy Diet. Again, as outlined, I offer two suggested Diets to you: 1) Portion-Size Control Diet- (great for losing weight and MAINTENANCE once the weight is off). This is the Diet I have used for over 30 years. It works. It's fairly simple, and you learn a lot about how to eat properly for long-term health. 2) Intermittent Fasting- I suggest the same foods be eaten as in the Portion-Size Control Diet, but you eat in a 12, 10 or 8 hour eating window. This Diet is one that is being studied by many Doctors and Nutritionists. It may help to not only allow you to lose weight, but the timing options help stave off or reverse Insulin Resistance and Type-2 Diabetes. I discuss this more in other episodes.
