Sara Rader is a fellow Tarleton alumnus who has found her way into the agriculture and western industries joins host, Tyler Schuster this week. Now in her role at Priefert, Sara gets to work with a lot of top rodeo athletes, travel the United States and continually be inspired by those who live for this land. Sara shares how she has worked to create balance and boundaries, as well as advice she would have given her younger self.
