If you’ve been following along with the Behind the Pursuit series, you know we don't hold much back. We’ve spent the last twelve months talking about everything from the construction chaos downtown to the nitty-gritty of brand building, but today it’s time to look at the scoreboard.

We’re reflecting on 2025—a year that was easily our most ambitious to date. Ryan and I sit down to get real about whether we actually hit those aggressive case goals we set last January and what the financial health of the business looks like after a year of heavy reinvestment. We’ve expanded the team and pushed the envelope on product development, but as any founder will tell you, growth usually comes with a side of growing pains.

The conversation gets into the weeds of our newest releases and innovations, but we also take a step back to look at the bigger picture. We talk about the reality of market expansion in a crowded landscape and share some personal reflections on the career shifts that have happened within our own walls. This time last year, we had a vision of where Pursuit Spirits would be by December—today, we find out if we actually made it there, or if the industry had other plans for us.
