Anthony Treas is a serial entrepreneur and the host of the STRONG Men Podcast. He is a men's health coach and a business mentor for health coaches. Anthony has been quoted in GQ magazine and was recognized as one of the top nine health coaches dominating their niche in 2019. Anthony has a bachelor's degree in health promotion/ health behavior and a master's degree in public health. He served 8 years in the military and is an Iraq War veteran. After his deployment to Iraq, Anthony struggled with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Desperately wanting to improve his condition, Anthony set out to rebuild his mental health and personal well-being. With 10 years of experience, research, study, and education, he developed the S.T.R.O.N.G. Method, a proven, step-by-step process for men to develop the foundational skills to achieve mental strength, confidence, fulfilling relationships and personal fulfillment.
