Breathing... it's essential for our health and we go about it all wrong, but we can do BETTER! Yoga instructor, Katie Langley teaches us about her passion for breathwork and how it is just as important as anything else we set time aside for healthwise. Katie will share with us why breathing is important, how to implement a breathing practice (yes, you NEED to practice breathing), and lead us in a guided breathing exercise that will bring about noticeable change in your body.
