Kara Nicole Bitar started her journey to adulthood convinced she was going to become a lawyer. And she did! She worked hard at her profession for a number of years, slowly becoming more and more disillusioned by it. She knew there had to be more to life than what she was doing. So she set out to find out what "more" was.

She tried many different avenues and studied many different modalities before she discovered Kundalini Yoga. And that discovery has led her to many new facets of life. As well as being an instructor of Kundalini yoga, Kara is an Optimization Coach.

She offers Optimization sessions where her clients get detailed information on what their gifts and talents are, how they are structured to thrive and what may be holding them back.
