Ben Bradley, WGN-TV News Emmy Award-winning investigative reporter, joins Lisa Dent to talk about the likelihood and the legality of President Trump deploying the National Guard to Chicago. Yesterday, President Trump made suggestions that he would deploy the military to Chicago. Following public statements from many Chicago public officials, President Trump seemed to dial back his comments.
