You are the formless Awareness that exists beyond all experiences, sensations, and perceptions. You are spacious, unchanging presence—the One that witnesses all appearances without being defined by them. Rest in this recognition. You are always here—timeless and stable—before and after any experience arises. You are the ISness that remains constant. Let go of trying to define or understand this essence, and simply rest. You are complete. You are free—right now.

Discover the True Meaning of Surrender

In this direct meditation, Bentinho guides you into the heart of surrender—not as a concept or story, but as a lived, formless reality. Expect a wake-up call to the ways we imprison ourselves with thoughts, beliefs, and spiritual narratives. Discover what true surrender demands: the radical act of silence—stopping all stories, all seeking, all self-concepts. If you’re ready to strip away the layers, meet God beyond words, and taste the purity of yournatural state, this meditation is for you.

In this recording, Bentinho suggests that to recapture a sense of unity and love, we must be willing to let go of our habitual patterns of labeling and defining. By refraining from this mental activity, the veil of Samsara can be lifted, and we can reconnect with the underlying Oneness that permeates all of existence.
