It’s not enough to express gratitude for all that appears to be flowing effortlessly in your life, but to also know gratefulness for the individuals, moments and experiences that make you question, “Why in the world did you/this show up? I KNOW I DID NOT PUT THIS DOWN ON MY DYNAMIC & DELICIOUS LIFE ORDER FORM!”

While we might not understand, in the moment, what good could possibly come from any challenge, the Universe does not send to us anything we are not strong enough to handle.

Living in the flow of abundance and prosperity (and indeed there are varied definitions to both words) requires GIVING back before receiving and expressing gratitude for all that we have now and all that is coming in the future.
