Week 5 may be the best on paper of the college football season up to this point. Four Top-25 matchups are on deck this weekend, including a Top-10 game in Happy Valley between Penn State and Oregon. The Nittany Lions are favored by a little more than a field goal heading into the game, but the Ducks have looked impressive so far in the early portion of the season. Will James Franklin get the monkey off his back when it comes to big games, or will Dan Lanning remind Penn State which team won the Big Ten a season ago?
