Former Rep. Beto O'Rourke went right at Gov. Greg Abbott's coronavirus response this week by saying the Texas GOP is a "death cult" and they "want you to do the dying." Abbott shrugged that off by saying the Democrat is a politician who isn't in office making any real decisions. Meantime, the Republican Party of Texas elected Tea Party leader Allen West as their new chairman.
