In today's episode, I'm talking with Erica Hilton. Erica, a mother to three and communications director at Calvary Church, is a longtime Thunder Valley Fitness member.
The time she spends in the gym pays off. In the first few minutes of the episode, I run through her PRs (and a crazy party trick she can do) and I guarantee you'll be impressed at her strength.
