Alright y'all...this was a tough episode. Lots of emotions! I cry, it's not perfect, but it's raw and real and that's how I roll. 

Moral of the story: be yourself! Be true to YOU and who you are. You have no idea who is watching you and who you are making an impact on just by being yourself!  You're amazing and you do cool shit, so keep it up!

We've got to pay attention to the stories we're telling ourselves.  Waiting to be perfect or not trying if we know we are going to fail is complete BS.

We need to struggle and fail so that we can learn and grow. Even as adults- failure is good! There are lessons to be learned and information to be absorbed when we struggle. Put yourself in positions to be challenged and to struggle...that's where you grow the most!!

I recently made a HUGE career change. Since then, I've had lots of questions...
In this episode I talk about my thought process and feelings over the past few years and how I decided it was time for a change.
