What are you doing right now for your self-care practice? Is it working for you? Are there things you can add, avoid, takeaway, or change? Remember that self-care is a PRACTICE and it ebbs and flows with the seasons of life. Make sure to take inventory and do a check-in occasionally so  your self-care practice can continue to serve you.

There's no right way to do things.  The only right way is the way that works best for you! So let's stop comparing and making ourselves feel like crap. And we've got to stop judging and spending our time worried about others! Everyone is different. Our differences are beautiful and that's what makes the world go 'round.
