"You brood of vipers!", John the Baptist proclaimed that day down by the river. He was getting at people who talk the talk but don't always walk the walk. He's getting at believing and worshiping God is only part of the work.  The other part is what is received from the act that leads us into serving one another and God as a choice.

In this episode, Melissa and Bishop Wright discuss John and his baby cousin Jesus and that John saw beyond himself. He pointed to his belief that God is doing something and is alive and effective. Because in a few weeks we celebrate the birth of Jesus and that as Christians we believe that it is more than welcoming a baby but rearranging our lives to serve God.
