Simple Breathwork (Ujjayi)
Focus your attention on your natural breath
Deep breath IN through the nose & out through the Mouth
Place your palm in front of your face (feel the warm breath OUT)
Make a slight noise breathing in & breathing out (allow your mind to focus on that!)
Mouth Closed, breath through the back of the throat (darth vader noise)
Guided Practice: (3,5 & 4,6)
Find a comfortable seat (sitting or laying down)
NO Sleeping position
Breath in 3 Seconds: Stomach, Chest, HOLD 2 Seconds
Breath Out 5 Seconds: Chest Stomach, OUT
Repeat 20x times Together
