Beyond the Gates is a dynamic CBS series that comes as the first new daytime soap since 1999. It will be prominently featuring African American families and centers around the Dupree family, helmed by matriarch Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) and patriarch Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis). Their daughters are Dr. Nicole Dupree Richardson (Daphnee Duplaix), a successful psychiatrist, and Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley), a former model turned momager. 

BTG will feature Dani's ex-husband, Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett), is a ruthless lawyer engaged to Hayley Lawson (Marquita Goings), causing tensions within the family. Dani and Bill's daughters are Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit), a modest attorney, and Chelsea Hamilton (RhonniRose Mantilla), a social media influencer. 

Beyond the Gates is set in the affluent gated community of Fairmont Crest, the series explores the lives of its characters while tackling social issues. The show is set to officially launch on February 24th, following a week of pre-episodes introducing the audience to the cast and sets.
