About the authors
Dr. Kerstin Potter is a Scientist by training. She spent over thirty years in marketing, sales and general management in pharmaceuticals, food, high technology, professional services, and higher business education across Europe and the Middle East.
Since 2012 she has worked with and developed the visual metaphor methodology Lephorus® and her company Visual Metaphors at Work®.
She is a certified executive coach from HEC, Paris, a member of EMCC Sweden, and she is a mentor for Eget Företag, Sweden. She sits on the editorial board of the EMCC research journal.
Carol Whitaker has experience at Board level, various NED roles, an MBA, and an early career in HR.
She specialises in Executive Coaching, Team/Group Coaching and facilitation, Coaching Supervision, and Mentoring Entrepreneurs. As an Associate Lecturer with Oxford Brookes University she provides coaching supervisor for Students doing their Masters in Coaching and Mentoring, ILM7 Executive Coaching PG Cert, and internal coaching programmes.
She has co-authored 5*rated books ‘Coaching Supervision: A practical guide for Supervisees’ and ‘Peer Supervision in Coaching &Mentoring: A versatile guide for Reflective practice.’ Both were published by Routledge.
