Trevor Lynn, now Senior Director of Product Marketing at Cvent, joins Sheiny for a follow-up Part 2 discussion. Since the first episode was recorded in 2019, we thought it was best to have an updated conversation on everything that has been going on since March. Everyone's lives have changed. It's a more stressful time in the US with a global pandemic, racial injustices, and an election right around the corner. To that point, none of us have ever gone through something like this. How do we handle working from home? How should we be treating our colleagues and partners now that office culture is minimal? What are we doing to help ourselves during this tough time? I wanted to follow up with Trevor to get his answers and opinions on the matter. Since there is no blueprint on how to handle this situation, the best thing we can do is learn from others and continue trying and failing new practices to find something that fits our new lifestyle. We're all still on the clock and our companies need us to be the best we can be, but it's still ok not to be ok. So what sorts of things can we do to better ourselves?
