This message came to me as I was on my hike, not surprising since Nature has been a big creative hub for me... and as I practice self awareness with my body, I started paying more attention to my right side. Many years ago I has multiple surgeries on that side so I always thought and believed of it being my weak side. Old story that I believed early on in life.
As you also know, I'm big on awareness and mental work. So I decided to lead w the non dominant side (during my hike). But I also see this how it can apply in various areas in life.
This is healing: the body and mind. Importantly, bringing light to past beliefs that had been holding me (us) back. If you see yourself reflected here, you want to find evidence that refutes that past belief.
