What is your sweet spot? It is where you find your optimal balance with the most effectiveness. I share an example of sweet spot training in my cyclying. It is the place where you are uncomfortable but you can still manage.
I offer three ways to strive to get into your sweet spot.
-Take the action, and then sort out later
-Be willing to be uncomfortable. Figure out what discomfort you can handle but still manage.
-You don't have to find your sweet spot, but it does lead to gradification. It helps shape your life with your unique abilities .
It is a constant process to find balance. It take trial and error, and using constructive self talk to get to our most effective self.
"Louder the Words" by Todd Henry is the book I referred to. Finding the sweet spot in our lives

This week I discuss the idea of thinking bigger.
What questions do you ask yourself?
Do you ask what we are capable or do you just ask how to do it?
I share how triathlons helped me learn how to find out what I am capable of, and how I use that experience to help me in other areas of my life.
Once we have a vision, then we can start working on reaching it.
We most likely won't know the "how" when we start, but we will figure it out as we go.
One of the biggest thing about achieving what once seems impossible to possible is that we make peace with the unknown...I don't know, YET.
I got some of the ideas from James Wedmore (www.jameswedmoretraining.com) and his podcast "The Mind Your Business" podcast. He shares such great insight.

Being human provides us with different experiences and circumstances, which brings many highs and many lows.
On this weeks podcast I share the 50/50 concept. I share how life offer us many ways to think and feel, and that feeling happy all the time is not always the best goal.
Feeling alive and being human is what makes life feel real.
What things are you turning to external to try and "fix" the way you are feeliing internally?
I share 5 steps we can take with understand the head or tail ( 50/50 concept)
Some of the ideas include understanding and allowing our emotions, and not trying to resist, avoid, or "fix" our emotions. Becoming aware that there are some emotions that get us stuck. When we are willing to feel in the future and create our emotions on purpose, we get to see life from a new perspective, and we get to be all in.
