Giordano, mentioning past comments made about Hong Kong by owner Daryl Morey, suggests that the team sign human rights advocate Enes Freedom to become the new backup center. After playing a few clips from an interview between Lester Holt and President Biden, Giordano moves into a discussion centered on masking mandates, particularly in schools, and plays back a clip from a classroom in Las Vegas after teachers announced that children in the classroom no longer have to wear masks.

Then, Yeadon Police Chief Anthony Paparo, whose story we’ve followed closely here on the Dom Giordano Program, rejoins the show to provide an update on his potential firing, allegedly due to the color of his skin. Last week, the beloved-by-Yeadon Chief ‘Chachi’ broke down on air after leaving a meeting in which he was told to either resign and accept severance or face termination. After denying said request, the community bonded behind the official, and now council will be pursuing due process prior to making a termination decision.
