A federal judge on Friday ruled that California's ban on magazines holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition is unconstitutional. U.S. District Court Judge Roger Benitez said the law violated the Second Amendment rights of firearms owners. President Joe Biden failed to correct himself after mispronouncing the name of rapper LL Cool J while addressing the Congressional Black Caucus Saturday. Gavin Newsom got grilled on '60 Minutes' about whether he intends to run for president. This time Newsom didn't rule out running.
