Full Hour | In today’s third hour, Dom welcomes UnHerd columnist Nina Welsch onto the Dom Giordano Program after she penned an article explaining why a push for progressivism has caused her to quit as a school librarian. First, Giordano asks Welsch for what was the final straw that pushed her over the edge, with Welsch referring to a specific book, Grandad’s Pride, which featured illustrations that she found utterly unacceptable.  Then, Welsch continues, explaining what’s unfolded in Scotland and the United Kingdom, which largely reflects what we’ve seen with woke educators here in the United States. Welsch explains why she’s against these certain depictions, stressing the importance of protecting children.

Then, Dom continues the Dom Giordano Program by delving into the new proposal by the Biden administration to address the situation at the border, noting the ridiculous exceptions made, particularly for children. Dom analyzes said exception through the lens of education, and plays back audio of questioning concerning the exploitation of children by cartels that will be greenlit by this edict.
