The body in charge of managing New Brunswick government pension plans - an  organization known as Vestcor - paid its employees a record $5.3 million in bonuses  in 2019. The money  includes $2.1 million in bonuses to its top four executives who as a group have seen their pay quadruple over the last 14 years.
