Ashley completed 1-on-1s and the Reattach Coaching Program!

One of the many things I love about Ashley and this episode is that her trigger into healing her codependency occurred with a platonic friend. Many others (including me!) have experienced this with friends and it's awesome to hear someone talking openly about it, since most of the time we're referring to romantic partners.
