Last night, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit dealt a significant win for consumers and opened the doorways for manufacturers to innovate new appliances under fewer restrictions. The Court argued the DOE overlooked and failed to consider the impact of slow dishwashers resulting in the need for more handwashing --- which wastes more water and an individual's time. Hild takes us inside the decision, and explains why green restrictions are often nothing more than virtue signaling, telling the detrimental nation of multiple proposals by environmentalists.
