Full Hour | In today’s third hour, Dom welcomes in ace attorney Wally Zimolong back onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss a lawsuit he brought against Springfield Township over their edict banning the display of the ‘thin blue line’ flag. Wally tells that after filing suit, the Township agreed to a stipulated injunction, creating no need for a hearing, with Wally explaining what such an edict would do. Wally brings in a great example of a police supporting family hanging the flag in a public park and the ability then for the township to prosecute the family using the basis of the new law. Also, Wally previews what to expect next as the case moves forward. Then, after playing Dom’s Money Melody, Dom plays back a clip of new House Speaker Kevin McCarthy answering a reporter, telling them that he believes the police officer who shot Ashli Babbitt ‘did his job,’ with Dom asking listeners whether this was an appropriate answer.
