Billy's Bad Dream

Billy的噩梦

Last night，Billy had a bad dream！

昨晚Billy做了个噩梦！

He dreamed that he was lost in a jungle．

他梦见自己在丛林里迷路了。

It was very dark and there were vines everywhere．

天很黑，到处都是藤蔓。

He saw a vine hanging in front of him．

他看见一枝藤蔓垂落在他面前。

Suddenly the vine moved！It was a snake！

突然，藤蔓动了！是条蛇！

Billy ran away as fast as he could．

Billy拼劲全力地跑。

Then a monkey flew by．

这时一只猴子飞过。

It swooped down and stole his banana！

它猛扑下来偷了他的香蕉！

Billy felt very hungry．

Billy感到很饿。

He saw a big bush with big，red berries on it，but when he reached to take one，they all flew away．

他看见一大片灌木丛，上面结着红色的大浆果，但当他伸手去摘时，浆果都飞走了。

They looked like flying spiders．

他们看起来像会飞的蜘蛛。

Billy started to shout，and then he woke up．

Billy 开始大叫起来，然后他就醒了过来。

Billy's mom told Billy not to worry．

Billy的妈妈告诉Billy别担心。

He was safe now-not in a scary jungle．

他现在很安全——不是在可怕的丛林里了。

Then she told him she thought she knew why he had such a bad dream．

然后她告诉Billy她知道Billy为什么会做这样的噩梦。 

Billy asked her why．

Billy问她为什么。

“Do you remember what bedtime story I read you last night？”Billy's mom asked．“It was called The Scary Jungle Book！”

“你还记得昨晚我给你读了什么睡前故事吗？”Billy的妈妈问。“那本书的名字叫《可怕的丛林》 ！”
