In this episode I will discuss some tips on what to eat to reduce your binges! Snacks are vital to reduce your binge episodes because they keep you full and satisfied throughout the day.
The 3 tips to Implement When Including Snacks to Your Day:
1. Make sure they are snacks you enjoy to ensure your snacks are satisfying for your psychological cravings to help reduce binge urges
2. If you are already having snacks you enjoy, try to go for a snack that contains fibre, fats, protein, and carbs to ensure they are filling to prevent physical cravings for a binge
3. Is to not limit yourself to snacks. Make sure you main meals – breakfast lunch and dinner as well are enjoyable first then make sure they are balanced by containing a fibre source, and protein, fats, and carb source
