Bitcoin hit $50,000 for the the first time ever as the crypto bull market heats up. Microstrategy on Tuesday said it intends to offer $600 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2027 and use the funds to buy more Bitcoin. NYDIG, Stone Ridge Asset Management’s bitcoin spin-off firm, has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF). Osprey Fund’s bitcoin trust is now available to retail investors via the over-the-counter (OTC) market, the company announced Tuesday.
