    The UAE will introduce a federal corporate tax on business profits that will be effective for financial years starting on or after June 1, 2023. The ministry of finance said there will be a standard statutory tax rate of 9% and 0% for taxable profits up to AED375,000 to support small businesses and startups. What does this all mean for businesses here in the UAE? We have a range of experts including Sabah al-Binali from OurCrowd. We also understand the economic impact with Shady Shaher Elborno from Emirates NBD. And motorists will have to pay more at the pumps in February, after enjoying lower fuel prices over the last couple of months.
