04 Aug 2023. Knight Frank says their latest research shows a 23% spike in Dubai office market in the first half of 2023. We asked James Hodgetts - Partner - Occupier Strategy and Solutions, Middle East and Africa, Knight Frank what employers are looking for at the moment.
