  • BMVT : Venting With Jaleel Cunningham ✌🏽
    Good Morning Nashville! ☀️
TODAY MARKS THE LAST EPISODE OF THE YEAR FOR THE BLACK MEN VENT TOO PODCAST .
To finish off the year , we are proud to announce that with the help of our loyal audience and fans … we have reached 5K DOWNLOADS OF OUR SHOW ACROSS SPOTIFY, FACEBOOK, GOOGLE PODCAST, AMAZON MUSIC, AND APPLE PODCAST 🔥 FIVE THOUSAND EARS HAVE HEARD A BLACK MAN VENT TODAY 🖤
2023 only gets better . Stay tuned and tapped in to the BIG things that we have planned for our brand . But enough about us, let’s get into today’s show .
We bring to today’s vent table Nashville native and creative artist Jaleel Cunningham , better known as “Itz Jaleel”. Jaleel is not the average “rapper in Tennessee”, but he is a young man with drive, ambition, and credits his word play and wisdom to the men in his family. Jaleel vents today about staying true to yourself when surrounded by distractions . He stemmed from that by saying when you’re going for something you’re passionate about, you have to find ways to differentiate between who is there for you, and who isn’t . Jaleel loves to consider himself an observant individual , and credits his dad & grandad for all of his learned morals and values on life . My guy Nashville is a true “old soul” at such a young age . If you talk to Jaleel , he is a meek individual with an aggressive drive and determination to succeed . A great way to cap off the year, take some time to hear Jaleel vent today on BMVT .

If so, we got a guest today that surely will excite you! Keith Taylor joins us at the vent table on BMVT. He is the CEO of his brand titled “Coming From Nothing” or “C.F.N.”
Keith Taylor is a music artist, producer, songwriter, and quietly known as the personal assistant to the widely recognized American Rapper “Yelawolf” 🔥 He vents with us on the show today about believing in yourself, and operating in fear . Keith vents about how he did the hard 9-5s like us all, but just knew that his purpose through his music was greater. As he vents, he gets into how fear will block your blessings . Keith brags on God about how he took that leap of faith , left his Amazon management job , and doors began to open . Good Morning Nashville! ☀️

LETS GET INTO IT 🔥 Once again guys, we have a great episode for today with a very special guest . Continued loved and support will be given to our friends at Corner to Corner, because it was for that program that introduced us to my good friend Pastor Dr. Terrence Chandler-Harrison. He is originally from Huntsville, Texas and stands as the proud Pastor of The Liberty Church in Clarksville, Tennessee. As of late, he has recently graduated with his Doctorate of Education from The University of Southern California 👨🏽‍🎓
Affectionately known as “Pastor T”, he comes to vent today with BMVT about this : “Dealing With And Addressing Things Before The Stage Comes”.
Black men 99% of the time conceal our emotions for so many reasons . Pastor T reminded us that we have to face our demons without self medication, leaning into our own vices, or finding ways around the truth . He tells us how important it is to address everything because what you don’t face upfront, builds trauma-led insecurities down the line .
“Put it out there on the table, and whoever rejects it … maybe God doesn’t want them to be in your life.” 💡

    Good Morning Nashville ☀️
Getting back to our normal schedule and routine … we welcome you to another Monday episode of Black Men Vent Too. As always we are thankful to those who listen to us week in and week out, thankful to those who support our vision, and extremely thankful to those who share our content to others . We are aiming to change the narrative of black men , one episode at a time 🖤
TODAY’S EPISODE is for sure a unique episode, with a VERY high profile guest ⭐️. You’d have to know Cameron Lewis personally in order to understand his level of living, but nonetheless, he is the lifelong best friend to the Nashville baseball phenom we know to be Mookie Betts, Right Fielder for the Los Angeles Dodgers ⚾️. Mr. Lewis once served as Mookie Betts manager, however, doesn’t like using that title to personify their true relationship behind the scenes . Cameron vents with BMVT about how he has taken his relationship with Mookie and Jeff Mason to create a TV/Production Media Company. “Get To The Bag” , a Jackie Robinson story that is told from the entrepreneur side of the great baseball player , is OUT NOW (aired Nov. 12th). Names like Alex Rodriguez , Malcolm X’s daughter , and Magic Johnson just to name a few are interviewed in the movie as well . Make sure to check that out and support!

These guys immediately came and gave us high energy , laughter , and just a good time as we allowed them to tell their story on the show . Joseph and Davante’ have the type of brotherhood bond that any sibling(s) would dream of having . Born and raised in East Nashville, they began dancing at a very young age . They “vented” about how growing up , they did EVERYTHING together . Davante (older brother) tells a small story of how the 2010 Nashville flood washed their whole house away and everything in it … but a specific sports backpack that he has to this day . That was all that was left . He tells how he went to a Florida AAU tournament , and knew of the news back home with the flood . However, Joseph (younger brother) was there during the 4-5 day period, and vented on how the whole experience from a younger eye, changed his life .
The passion of dance they say comes from their mom . We enjoyed laughing with them as they gave high praise to their mom for putting them on every dance move they know 🖤

    Good Morning Nashville! ☀️
Happy Monday to you all! 😄 Peace and blessings guys we want to welcome you to another episode of The Black Men Vent Too Podcast, your favorite Nashville-based podcast talking about anything and everything involving black men . Let’s get into it! 🔥
A great episode we have for you all today . He comes as our second movie producer that we’ve had on the show . Chad Lawson Cooper , famous producer behind the hit stage play and film “Justice On Trial” , joined us earlier this year. But today , we have none other than Mr. Jaren J. Hampton on the “set” of Black Men Vent Too. 🎥🍿
We enjoyed our time allowing Jaren to vent on the show . Mr. Hampton received the Playright Award 🏆 in 2019, and shares with us his passion behind it all . At the BMVT Vent Table, he vents on the importance of decision making and quick reactions as black men. Jaren talked about his belief in the common cliche “if you knew better, you do better” but how we negate that with hanging out with the wrong crowd . Influence is so key in our culture, and often times the wrong influence leads us into reacting on situations we never had to be in … if we , as men , just considered our decisions upfront ✨

Guys we’re excited as always to be at the start of you guys week and thank you for your support of BMVT. We have a great episode for you today, one that is unique, and may come as a surprise when the guest is revealed 👀
Many of you that have been fans since day one of our show know that our podcast was created by four people . Johnathon Davis, Valerie Davis, Leon Davis, Jr. and lastly … Joshua Davis 🌱
TODAY, we bring the youngest of the fantastic four, Joshua Davis, to the BMVT Vent Table . Joshua is a 3-time body building competition award winner , so safe to say , the guy really gets after it in the gym! Affectionately known as “Jojo”, he vents with BMVT today about resiliency . In his own way , Joshua talks about what resiliency means to him and how important it is to always be secure in your decisions . He states that resiliency as a black man is knowing what you know and not allowing anybody to change what you know to be true . We also discussed how social media plays a roll in the lack of resiliency in most men and just society in general . A true introvert at heart, but Joshua really gave us a detailing perspective behind what resiliency is and we as a podcast pray his venting story resonates with you all today to want to help the next black man be better .
