    Good Morning Nashville! ☀️
Back again! Every new week man yal know how we rock! The Black Men Vent Too Podcast is super excited to have both old and new ears to our platform . Aiming to change the narrative of the black man … one episode at a time . Got a great episode for you today as we continue to build our platform with versatile guests so that it keeps you on your toes . You never know who will be sitting at the BMVT Vent Table each and every week . Who do we have today ? 👀
We often times bring artists or men in the music industry on the show because, in a way, artists already vent through their lyrics . Rappers tell stories of so many things , and often times they can be judged by their looks , tattoos , or choice words used in songs to express their own trauma and mental health issues . Well , you know how we rock on BMVT . A judgement free zone, we just want you to tell your story . Nashville … let’s meet our guy, CBandz.
CBandz is an artist and creative mind from East Nashville , and prides himself on being “a product of overcoming obstacles on the rise to stardom.” CBandz states he always has had a love for music since a child; even basketball as well. “Everything wasn’t roses and green pastures, plenty of hiccups along the way but with the strength of God and the hungry for more I’ve persevered,” says the young artist. He vents on our show today about “preparing for the worst, and praying for the best.” CBandz understands that life will bring its own problems that will challenge him mentally, but it’s how he overcomes it that makes a difference . A damn good episode guys, we hope you enjoy it!

    Good Morning Nashville! ☀️
TODAY’S EPISODE MARKS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE HISTORY OF THE BMVT PODCAST! 👀
By now , you guys know how we rock. We never shy away from ANY man of any ethnical or racial background. However , our primary concern is geared towards our people FIRST . With that being said , today’s episode marks the SECOND white guy in the history of our show!
Today … we bring to you a “white man”, venting on Black Men Vent Too. 🤍✌🏽
LET’S GET INTO IT! Today we bring to the BMVT table a man that has white skin, but when you get to know him, has culture in his veins . A Father , hard working man , and by far one of the best coaches to ever do it in Nashville … today we vent with Coach Ronnie Anders . “Coach Ron” brought back fond memories of his coaching days, and vents about the changes that have occurred in youth sports . He talks about how parents have robbed the children of their passion for sports when they allow themselves to get involved . Parents nowadays are seen all over social media arguing with kids, choking refs, the list goes on. Not only do we talk about the pros and cons of youth sports, we also talk about interracial marriage . Coach Ron vents about his lovely wife, and talks about how society may judge them, but it will never stop him from “prancing her around wherever she wants to go” 🤍

We enjoyed our guest , John Sherrill , on the show as he vented passionately and deeply about recreating the family structure . John was born and raised in one of the most-known neighborhoods in Nashville being Preston-Taylor . The North Nashville upbringing had its good times and bad , but Mr. Sherrill emphasizes how his mom made sure the family was a bridge that never disconnected . Linking with your cousins, family reunions, gatherings are just what John says we have to get back to doing in our culture . The FAB (Family Always Better) Foundation 💛 is a non-profit organization founded by John to provide life changing help to children, families, and seniors in our under privileged communities with a multitude of resources and opportunities . LETS GET INTO IT! We got a great episode for you guys on today . BMVT prides ourselves in having a variety of different caliber brothas on the show . You may hear a pastor venting one week, and an ex-gang member venting the next week. That’s the type of platform we have … open to any black man that is willing to come tell their story on our show .

Mr. Adams is born and raised in Nashville, went to Hume Fogg Magnet High School, and during that time was where he found his passion of today. How many of you guys have noticed the lack of sidewalks & crosswalks that we don’t have in our city ? Research shows that 2022 was the DEADLIEST YEAR for pedestrians and bicyclists in Nashville’s history.
Walk Bike Nashville is where Meschach serves as an outreach assistant, aiming to provide sidewalks, crosswalks, and other avenues of pedestrian resources for our communities. Walk Bike Nashville is currently working on a pedestrian safety project on Dickerson Pike, and if you would like to be a part of that, come out and support Walk Bike Nashville THIS SATURDAY @12:00 noon as they join together with community members and pay respects to those victims and families who were lost last year . As CEO and proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Brother Charles Bass describes himself as “a Christian under construction”. One of the businesses being a luxury custom clothing store called “Fior Bespoke” (link below) that hosts a plethora of different styles and prints for men of fashion. But today, on BMVT, Brother Bass vents with us about how black men have failed to WOW women . He vents about how this new generation has redefined “intimacy”, always looking for sex first, and not truly embracing a woman for what she is . Mr. Bass goes on to say women play a part as well , making themselves too accessible nowadays for black men and not upholding their femininity with assertion and dignity . Don’t want to give too much away … but it’s an episode you don’t want to miss!
