I was made fun of for being chunky most my childhood and from 16-21 years old I battled with multiple eating disorders because of it. The darkest year during that was when I was 19 years old, I was skipping meals, running 3 miles and partaking in multiple fitness classes a day, and barely eating 1000 calories a day. I’ve been chunky, severely underweight, I’ve binged and I’ve starved. Since then I spent years studying nutrition and training. I’ve built up my health, my physique, my relationship with food, my relationship with JESUS and I have NEVER looked back since.I started my online coaching business right when the pandemic hit and have worked with over 400 women on helping them live happier, healthier, and stronger lives.That’s why I created The Blessup Fitness Podcast.
