How are you feeling after the presidential election this week?
Are you feeling anxious and a little disoriented?
Or are you feeling happy and nervous at the same time?
The truth is, for many of us, a lot of things might happen around us that would make us feel that way at different times in our life. And it's important that when those big feelings happen, you are equipped to take care of your body, your mind and yourself.
In this episode, I offer you my support and tools to help you whenever your mind is running way too fast or you suddenly feel this burst of emotions coming at you all at once.
I hope that this episode can serve as your reminder that whatever it is that is happening in this world, you are going to be okay. You are not alone.

Do you feel better when you had a really bad moment in your day and you get to vent to someone about it?
And did you know that we literally can create reality in the other person's mind when we do that? Mind-blowing, right? So if we're creating reality with our words, for ourselves and the people that hear our words, what is the reality that we want to be creating?
Today, I'm going to give you some questions that you can ask yourself to help use your words to make yourself and others feel better. Because, when we share our stories and we're focused on the negative parts of them, we allow our brains to confirm them and look for evidence of that reality.
In this episode, you'll understand why our brains work like that and how we can break out of it.
So, join me and let's create an impact in the world that we're going to be proud of.

Have you ever dumped out your purse only to discover the most random stuff lurking in there? Maybe an expired coupon for ramen, or an even a single almond.
To imagine that single almond… is comedic genius. I too, have had that single almond dump out of my own purse!
It's so REAL.
And… the stuff in there only gets weirder and weirder the longer we wait between cleanings, and the very same is true for our brains.
Dumping out the contents of our minds once a month, or once a quarter is going to be a big mess to clean up, but when we do it on the regular, it becomes an interesting discovery in what we find inside our mental "purse.”
It's a form of self-care that is regenerative, because we keep facing the “stuff” in there, cleaning it out, sifting through what what we want to keep, and what to toss.
And it’s in this ongoing process, we stay in integrity with ourselves and how we want to show up in the world.

A couple of months, I started having this weird pain in my hip and as I kept moving through my life, doing all the things that I normally do, my yoga classes, taking care of my kids, the pain got worse and worse to the point where I couldn't really walk anymore.
I tried going to the doctor and when I got my x-ray results back, I just got kind of more and more hopeless and just distracted by all this pain and nothing that I did made it better.
Until, one slow walk with my husband ignited this idea within me to call Neille. And since that day, it changed the way I see myself and my body. Neille is a magical human and he's here to share his absolutely, incredibly brilliant brain and share his wisdom with us on how you continue your momentum towards making your ideas real.
What you'll learn in this episode:
Neille's Bio:
Neille has a lifelong passion for knowledge and helping others, which has driven his 19-year career in assisting people with posture correction and chronic pain relief. He specializes in treating individuals who have lost hope or been told their condition is permanent.
Neille invented the PSolo, a versatile massage tool for both office and home use. Currently, he is developing an assessment skills training program for massage therapists to elevate the profession.

What happens when we engage in a creative energy of community where we we're getting all this energy back from what we're putting out there?
We just want to keep doing it. It's regenerative.
And, in the Bloom Room, that's what I created. A community where we have each other's backs and we bring out the best in each other.
And we're all there to make our ideas real, one idea at a time.
This is a community that will never go away.
We are going to keep going year round.
Come and join us in the Bloom Room.

Ever wondered why you're feeling out of sync despite checking off all the right boxes in life? In today's episode, I am going to give you a tool that you can use the next time you have a little time and space for yourself.
You can make use of this tool to give yourself an assessment of where your balance is right now. And what happens once you do this assessment, it becomes the roadmap for where there might be a gap between what you want your life to look like and what it looks like right now.
And one thing to keep in mind when using this tool, no matter how you want to rate yourself during this assessment, you do not want to go for perfection. You got to give yourself a speed limit because we are never going for a hundred percent, because that is some cheeky capitalist, make-believe world that says that we can have all 10s all the time. That's not real.
Life is not a test.
Life is an experience.
Because we want to live an intentional life, so we're using a conscious approach to how we spend our time, our energy and our resources, which ultimately leads to a more satisfied life, a more fulfilled life.
So, sit down, grab your journal, and a favorite drink, and join me in creating a more balanced life where we're making our ideas real.

Last week I hung out with two bandmates from a band with a cult following - as they reunited for a special show in Orange County. It filled my soul as I saw this living example of how important it is to pursue our passions and to watch an example of the specific ways we thrive when we have the guts to do it.
Most of the time, it's all too easy to prioritize everything BUT our passions and our ideas, with all of the things pressing in and asking for our time. Each of them more urgent than the quiet call of inner longing. But the data is OUT- and it shows us the crystal clear benefit of making our ideas real, and letting them take the mic- and even putting them center stage. Research across all kinds of domains of life illustrate just how much your life can change when you following your longing- and l'll share it all with you in this episode.
When we remember that we are extraordinary, that we each have something so unique and special to offer the world, and when we say no to all the things that aren't serving us, we can start reinventing ourselves today... and start making our ideas REAL.

Today we are talking about snacking in the dark. Yes, it is a metaphor, also for some of us, not.
We all, I'm sure, have heard a lot about the impact of things we don't look at, or things that we hide from others. There's a lot of data to support the impact, psychologically and physically, on our health, on our social relationships around keeping secrets and not looking at things, hiding things.
And in this episode, we're going to talk a little bit about the subtle ways that we do that with ourselves and how to get free of that, how to shake it off.
Because there's nothing wrong with snacking in the dark if you want to. If you're snacking in the dark and pretending you're not snacking in the dark, that's when it's problematic.
