Many organizations face three major dilemmas: engagement, retention, and turnover. These three dilemmas make it hard to be competitive. The only reason a company experiencing these three dilemmas can compete with others is because their competition is also facing the same dilemmas. Once a competitor addresses and effectively eliminates these dilemmas, their competition will be forced to step up or step down. If they don't step up, they will be left behind by those who do.
