Webster's Dictionary defines a Renaissance Man as: "a present-day man who has acquired profound knowledge or proficiency in more than one field." 

David Thomas Robert's definitely fits the description of a modern-day Renaissance Man. Roberts is an entrepreneur, inventor, political columnist, bestselling author and cattle rancher. Roberts founded a telecom technology firm based on a software idea he created and was awarded a U.S. Patent for it. That firm is now a multi-million global consulting firm that created an entire industry. Roberts is still the CEO of the company. He has also founded Defiance Press & Publishing, an independent conservative publishing company as well as a non-profit Twice-the-Monuments.Org for restoring historical monuments taken down by riots and local governments.

Roberts’ 650-acre Texas ranch, Brushwood Rose breeds registered Texas Longhorn cattle. 

Roberts, lives in Montgomery, Texas with his wife of thirty-six years, has four adult children and has five grandchildren.

Lynn Afendoulis is a successful businesswoman, a community

Lynn’s grandparents came to America seeking security, opportunity, and freedom—the American Dream. The family faced tough times, but through it all, Lynn never doubted herself and pushed through by relying on her faith and strong extended family for strength. Today, her daughter is studying

to be a music teacher, and her son Evan (who she adopted as a toddler from Guatemala) is going into a trade.  

Lynn is running for Congress because she believes we are fighting for the very fabric of who and what we are--the things that President Trump is fighting for and that attracted her grandparents to this country. She wants to protect the rule of law and represent the people of the 3rd District in a way that they’ve been yearning for – with integrity, engagement, and

effectiveness. And to show her children that this is all worth fighting for.
