On this episode of Blunt Force Truth, Chuck and Mark welcome back Michael Guy. Michael Guy is a rockstar turned cyber security and information technology expert. 

Chuck and Mark kick off today’s show by asking Michael about how big tech is listening to your conversations every day. They discuss what you can do to protect yourself from this type of surveillance. Michael explains the legality behind the surveillance being done by big tech and why the government is not doing anything to stop them. 

They continue their conversation by exploring the effects that EMF’s have on people. They discuss the unknown health effects that overexposure to EMF could have on people and Michael explains some options you have to lowering your exposure. 

Chuck and Mark finish up today’s show by asking about the latest on General Flynn. Michael shares his status and explains what you can do to help General Flynn.

They kick off today’s show discussing why the Democrat leadership is focused on putting undocumented immigrants ahead of American cities. Mark explains why he believes they are attempting to make the country ungovernable in hopes of expanding their power. 

They continue with a discussion on how President Trump has taken power away from the government, which has upset power-hungry politicians on both sides of the aisle. They explain how President Trump’s focus on taking away from the government has brought out the deep state. 

The guys conclude with higher education and student loans. They explain how the process for getting student loans is much more complex than Elizabeth Warren and the democrats claim. They also talk about how society has not come to realize that an education from an elite school is not needed for a successful professional career.

On this episode of Blunt Force Truth, we welcome Victor Avila back to the show. Victor Avila spent his career in law enforcement, specifically defending our southern border.

They kick off today’s show by discussing some of the recent violent attacks by the drug cartels in South America. They discuss some of the realities of the southern border and how the cartels are controlling the Mexico side of the border.

They also discuss how sanctuary cities are opening the door for cartels to distribute drugs and set up sex trafficking rings. Victor explains how cartels are able to use sanctuary cities to grow their cartels and bring their violence into peaceful cities in the United States.

Mr. Victor Avila is a retired Supervisory Special Agent with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). ICE

enforces federal laws governing border control, customs, trade, and immigration to promote homeland security and public safety. Mr. Avila has been recognized by ICE and HSI for his exemplary service and professional accomplishments while serving as Special Agent at the El Paso Field Office and as an Assistant Attaché assigned to the U.S. Consulate in Ciudad Juarez and U.S. Embassies located in Spain, Portugal, and Mexico City. Mr. Avila served as an accredited diplomat and liaison to the aforementioned governments conducting international complex criminal investigations in a wide range of violations such as narcotics trafficking, arms trafficking, human trafficking/smuggling, financial violations, commercial fraud and counter terrorism. 

While on official assignment in Mexico, Special Agent Avila suffered multiple gunshot wounds and survived a violent ambush by the Mexican Los Zetas drug cartel where Special Agent Jaime Zapata tragically lost his

life.  

Mr. Avila has been recognized for Excellence in Law Enforcement by the ICE Hispanic Agents Association; The Director’s Award for Operation in Plain Sight in Mexico; Homeland Security Investigations Excellence in Public Service Award; The Valor Award by the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA); Medal of Valor for Outstanding Bravery by the National Latino Peace Officers Association; and the Medal of Valor by the Hispanic American Command Officers Association (HAPCOA).  

Mr. Avila began his very successful law enforcement career as a United States Probation Officer for the U.S. Courts and as a District Parole Officer for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at El Paso while focusing on the identity among Hispanic-Americans along the border.  

Today, he serves to honor the memory and the dedicated service of SA Jaime Zapata. Mr. Avila is an advocate for border security, immigration reform, human trafficking awareness and the protection of our sovereignty.

They finish up today’s show by discussing Professor Brands latest book, Dreams of El Dorado: A History of the American. Professor Brands explains what the book covers and what inspired him to focus this book on the American west.
