Situated just a few minutes north of the Loop at 1155 North Wells Street, Disco Pancakes isn’t just a haven for breakfast, it’s a lifestyle. Co-owned by siblings Crystal and Matthew McCahill with Ronnie Ruffalo of Hashbrowns Café fame, this lively joint turns up the disco on Fridays and Saturdays from 10pm to 2am!

The WGN Radio morning show was treated to Lemon Blueberry Pancakes, Waffle Burger, Breakfast Burrito (which pairs perfectly with warm salsa), and ‘Dad’s Corn Pancakes’, a special recipe paying homage to Crystal’s favorite specialty pancakes her dad used to make.
