The Bold and the Beautiful has quietly written off two key characters - Thomas Forrester, portrayed by Matt Atkinson, and RJ Forrester, played by Joshua Hoffman. The soap is notoriously silent on cast departures, often leaving fans to deduce the fate of their favorite characters. The noticeable absence of Atkinson and Hoffman from the new opening credits, aired on December 30th, 2024, has fueled this speculation. The credits also provided insights into contract positions and recurring characters, with front-burner characters like Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) featured prominently on the CBS soap opera. 

Bold and Beautiful sees two noticeable absences - Ivy Forrester (Ashley Brewer) and Remy Pryce (Christian Weissmann), hinting at potential short-term stints. Despite the silent treatment from showrunner Brad Bell, fans remain hopeful for the return of Thomas Forrester and RJ Forrester. Meanwhile, Atkinson is reportedly enjoying his time off, recently celebrating his first Christmas as a family of three.
