Go go go, that seems like the mantra of the holiday season. It's exhausting. But now that we are at the end of it, that mantra changes into goal setting and vision boards for 2022. If you're going straight from one to the next, you are skipping a very important step in the end of the year process... you have to release.
Release the things that aren't working, and the parts of you that are holding you back from reaching those next year goals. This conversation helps you see what doesn't deserve to come with you into the next world, and a few tips on how to do that.
Thank you so much for joining me this year. I appreciate all the lessons that I learned, and am grateful to have this platform. Next year holds big things for this podcast, and myself, but first... time to release the things that no longer belong.
Happy New Year!
This conversation completely opened my eyes to a different type of approach to breaking through a limited mindset and achieving your goals. I really enjoyed this conversation with Shelly Ehler, and I think you will too. We talked about how she went from living her life on a path that was laid out for her, to really finding her own passion, and how that passion allows her to help other people every day.
If you've every had questions about hypnotherapy, this episode will answer a lot of your questions, and help you break through the stereotype to understand how it can help you too.
If you would like to get in touch with Shelly, you can reach her through their website https://www.mocwc.com

Happy Holidays!
So, I met a friend on Instagram, her name is Kim. We connected over different conversations about mindset, and growth, and all things personal growth. I was lucky enough to be able to have a conversation with her to share with all of you!
In this episode of the podcast, we talk about life as a mother, shifting our mindset to reach our goals, and what it means to have confidence in all of these things. Honestly, this was such a fulfilling conversation to have, and I am so happy I get to share it with all of you!
If you love this episode and want to connect with Kim, you can find her on Instagram at @kjpmeyer

This episode is a short and to the point conversation about the difference between how our life looks and how it feels. So often we focus on making sure people "think" about us in a certain way. They see the perfectly curated Instagram feed and assume that's how we feel, but I don't know a single person who lives their life that way. It's time we start having an honest conversation about it.
This is a message to anyone who feels like they aren't seen, and if you feel like you have nobody to talk to or reach out to, I will be that person for you. You can send me a DM on Instagram at @owningyourauthenticity or email me at [email protected]. I will gladly be here for you!
If you connected with this episode, or know someone who would, please share it!
This conversation was a thing of beauty. Today I introduce you to a dear friend of mine, Francesca De Caro. She is a curious mind, a free spirit, mom to a toddler, and owner of Sage and Knot. We talked about everything from starting a business, making a home, finding ourselves as parents, and so much more.
This conversation will bring you connection, permission to be yourself, and some laughter along the way!

This topic came up when I was explaining to my daughter why a person was no longer in our lives. I explained to her that I no longer felt safe around that person, and she assumed that I meant physically safe. I explained to her that there are different kinds of safety, and then thought to myself, could I have spared myself years of heartache and pain had I known that as a child?
So this is that conversation. You deserve to feel mentally and emotionally safe around the people you choose to be in your life. In this episode I give you some tips on how to do that, and a little bit of validation too...

As the holidays quickly approach, it's often we find ourselves bending our boundaries so we don't "rock the boat" at that holiday party, or family gathering. You deserve better than that! In this episode I uncover the common ways that our boundaries are pushed, ignored, or broken during the holidays. But I am also going to give you some great tools and scripts on what to say when this happens, and how to hold true so that you can enjoy your holidays this year!

I'M BACK!!! OMG everyone, I am so happy to be back recording and releasing episodes for everyone. I needed that rest time to come back and give my all to this podcast, and help as many people as I can. So we are diving right back in with this episode.
Today I share with you something I recently learned about, and I am so excited. We are going to talk about your RAS (Reticular Activating System) and how we can take a few simple steps to hack it's process and make it work for you.
I would love to hear feedback from you on this episode, so feel free to DM me on Instagram at @owningyourauthenticity or send me a message through my website at www.owningyourauthenticity.com

In this week's episode, I am so happy to have a conversation with Betty Strobele. Betty is my aunt on my mother's side who's story has for many years inspired my own strength as a female entrepreneur. Betty is a veteran, and well accomplished employee at a large corporate company, a fitness coach, and so much more.
We chat about what it means to be an entrepreneur, her recovery from a house fire, the work it takes to embrace a mentality of growth, weight loss and health, and so much more!
If you would like to connect with Betty you can find her on Instagram at @bettyjewellstrobele or visit her website at www.bettyjewellstrobele.com
Self sabotage is a nasty beast that shows up when you feel like things are going well. We've all said it before, "it's too good to be true."
In this episode I talk about recognizing self sabotage for what it is, how to address the root cause, and what we can do to move forward without it. Give it a listen and let me know what you think!
