We all suffer from anxiety from time to time amid the stresses of everyday life. In this episode, I discuss the meaning of perfect love, and how that kind of love can help us deal with stress. This is really the central message of my book "Filled with His Love." The more we understand the principles I discuss in this episode, the more we will be able to increase our capacity to love. And the more we do that, the stronger our attachments to God and others will become.
