Her career began because she had a passion to bring out the inner confidence in others. 29 years later Joy still wants to see the person in her chair look in the mirror and say “i look good and I’m going to conquer the day”  

Joy says that it’s all about building a relationship with her customer and having them feel comfortable in her chair. Her drive and what keeps her going are her 3 daughters, her oldest is also a hairstylist, her middle daughter is an Esthetician and her youngest just started beauty school. Joy desires to set a legacy for her daughters to continue in the hair, skin, and beauty industry.
